Here's what to expect each month:
- First Sunday:
- New focus announced
- First drop of resources Alumni Classroom
- Second Tuesday:
- Zoom Meeting 1: Feed Your Mind Session (6:30 - 7:30pm AEST[Bris])
- Morning after - resource drop 2 + Zoom recording available
- Action task set (optional homework)
- Third Tuesday & Thursday:
- 2 x optional accountability/progress checks available: 60 minute live group discussions)
- Last Tuesday
- Zoom Meeting 2: Share your Ah-Ha Moments and Progress over discussion (6:30 - 7:30pm AEST[Bris])
Additionally:
- alumni only facebook group;
- free access to future 6 Week Art of Self Courses (next scheduled to start April 30)
- special digital downloads added monthly (such as journal, reflection, gratitude, goal setting & organisational pages;
- journal prompts; affirmation &/or meditation recordings to download and listen to;
